{"id":263061,"date":"2023-10-06T19:56:52","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T14:26:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.forumias.com\/?p=263061"},"modified":"2023-10-07T09:12:04","modified_gmt":"2023-10-07T03:42:04","slug":"over-1-36-crore-school-students-from-across-the-country-participate-in-veer-gatha-project-3-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/over-1-36-crore-school-students-from-across-the-country-participate-in-veer-gatha-project-3-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Over 1.36 crore school students from across the country participate in Veer Gatha Project 3.0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><b>Source: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The post is based on the article<\/span><b> \u201c<\/b><b>Over 1.36 crore school students from across the country participate in Veer Gatha Project 3.0<\/b><b>\u201d <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">published in<\/span><b>\u201cPIB\u201d on 6th October 2023<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>What is the News?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More than 1.36 crore school students from all 36 States and UTs participated enthusiastically in the 3rd edition of the Veer Gatha Project.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>What is Project Veer Gatha?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Project Veer Gatha was initiated under the Gallantry Awards Portal (GAP) in 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Aim:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">disseminate the details of acts of bravery of the Gallantry Awardees and the life stories of these brave hearts among the students so as to raise the spirit of patriotism and instill amongst them values of civic consciousness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The project deepened this noble aim by<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> providing a platform to the school students to do creative projects\/activities based on gallantry award winners.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 As part of this, the students framed different projects through various media like art, poems, essays and multimedia on these gallantry award winners and best projects were awarded at national level by the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Two editions of the Veer Gatha Project<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (i.e. Edition-I and Edition-II) have been conducted in 2021 and 2022 respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The third edition of Project Veer Gatha<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is now being organized by the <\/span><b>Ministry of Defence (MoD) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in collaboration with the<\/span><b> Ministry of Education(MoE).<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source: The post is based on the article \u201cOver 1.36 crore school students from across the country participate in Veer Gatha Project 3.0\u201d published in\u201cPIB\u201d on 6th October 2023 What is the News?
