Why have Kozhikode and Gwalior been included in the UNESCO\u2019s Creative Cities Network ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Kozhikode-<\/strong> Kozhikode carries the distinction of being home to over 500 public libraries. The effort of the city\u2019s people, writers, journalists and local libraries have led to its inclusion as the ‘City of Literature’.<\/p>\n

Gwalior-<\/strong> Gwalior is home to the Gwalior Gharana, which has one of the best music maestros like Baiju Bawra and Tansen. The city has become a popular destination for learning Indian classical music from musicians in the Guru-Shishya Parampara.<\/p>\n

The recognition by UNESCO will help in boosting tourism in the two Indian cities.<\/p>\n
