Somalia is facing<\/strong> severe flooding<\/strong>, triggered by heavy seasonal downpours, which have been exacerbated by El Nino and the Indian Ocean Dipole<\/strong>. The United Nations has labelled this as a ‘once-in-a-century event’.<\/strong><\/p>\n
