Data Management<\/b><\/td>\n1) Data is collected on epidemic prone diseases on a weekly basis<\/strong>.
\n<\/span>2) The information is collected on three specified reporting formats<\/strong> namely \u201cS\u201d (suspected cases), \u201cP\u201d (presumptive cases) and \u201cL\u201d (laboratory confirmed cases) filled by Health Workers, Clinicians and Laboratory staff respectively.
\n<\/span>3) Whenever there is a rising trend of illnesses in any area, it is investigated by the RRT to diagnose and control the outbreak.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
