However in Delhi, multiple Yamuna Action Plans have failed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Environment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Delhi notified Graded Action Plan 2017 to combat severe levels air pollution.
