Supreme Court direction on national register of citizen of Assam<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Supreme Court direction on NRC<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2. Court refused the full copy report \u00a0of NRC to the central government.<\/p>\n<p>3. Court allowed 10 out of 15 documents for Assam citizen to proof their ancestry under standard operating procedure.<\/p>\n<p>4. Other five document were not allowed , because it was easy to forge them. For example \u00a0Refugee Registration Certificate , electoral roll , ration card , GP Secretary Certificate in case of married women , Employment Certificate<\/p>\n<p>5. Example of allowed documents are land deed, permanent residential certificate, LIC policy, bank or post office account.<\/p>\n<p>6.
