It raised concerns about obstacles faced by individuals with disabilities in seeking justice.<\/p>\n<h2>What are the findings of the report?<\/h2>\n<p>1) It highlighted that <strong>only 30.4%<\/strong> <strong>of court complexes have separate disabled-friendly toilets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>2) It reported that over <strong>half of the district court complexes nationwide lack ramps<\/strong>, while only 25.2% are equipped with wheelchairs.<\/p>\n<p>3) It also highlighted that <strong>only 5.1% of district courts incorporate<\/strong> <strong>tactile paving to aid individuals<\/strong> with visual disabilities in navigating the court premises.<\/p>\n<p>4) The report disclosed an <strong>infrastructure gap<\/strong> of 4,250 courtrooms across India.
