These must be linked to a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">central database<\/span> for proper financial monitoring using <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">artificial intelligence<\/span> and<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> pattern recognition<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Remove political influence- <\/span><\/strong>There is a need to bring in <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">new people<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">young people and professionals<\/span> in <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">managerial roles<\/span>, who will take cooperative banks forward.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Implement the recommendations of N.S.
