It is <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">mandatory<\/span> for all such NGOs to register themselves under the FCRA.<br \/>\n2. To open a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">bank account<\/span> for the receipt of the foreign funds in <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">State Bank of India<\/span>, Delhi.<br \/>\n3.
