About <\/u>Bhitarkanika National Park:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bhitarkanika National Park\u00a0is a\u00a0national park\u00a0located in\u00a0Kendrapara\u00a0district of\u00a0Odisha\u00a0in eastern India.<\/li>\n<li>Bhitarkanika, one of the State\u2019s finest biodiversity hotspots, receives lakh\u2019s of visitors every year.<\/li>\n<li>The park is famous for its green mangroves, migratory birds, turtle, estuarine, crocodiles, and creeks.<\/li>\n<li>It accommodates about 70% of the country\u2019s estuarine or saltwater crocodiles, conservation of which was started way back in 1975.<\/li>\n<li>During 1999 Super Cyclone in Odisha, the rich mangrove forests had acted as a bio-shield.
