No basic chit-chat*<\/li>\n<li>Started with a serious question right away, which i can&#8217;t recall.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Gig economy?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Steps taken by Rajasthan for gig workers<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; How much workforce is in gig economy?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Is it good or bad<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Rajasthan doing well in renewable energy. There was a time in last years, when all the operations were halted, what was the reason?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; as i mentioned about some other reason, she said there was a bird. (Then I talked about Great Indian Bustard and mentioned the reasons)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; what was the verdict (i had mentioned SC verdict in the above answer)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; So you play badminton\u00a0 (hobby)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; India&#8217;s achievements in last year<\/li>\n<li>(Thomas cup in my answer)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Who won it? (Team members)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Fastest smash in that? By whom? What was last record<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; shuttlecock&#8217;s feather, where does it come from?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Which one is Faster- feather or plastic?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Member 1\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Now a days large hydropower projects being discouraged etc etc. why?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; so what should we do then?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; We have some ministries at central level, even if those subjects fall in state list. Why, what&#8217;s the need, should we do away with them?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Geography determines history. Comment on it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Member 2\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8211; Rajasthan shares border with Pakistan. Then something about &#8211; Survey of India not sharing maps of border areas for security reasons. What is the status now?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; A vaguely structured question on governance<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; One more vaguely structured question. Government keeps changing priorities, what to do etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Member 3\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>(perhaps had squint or something, I struggled to maintain eye contact with him)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8211; Which is calmest ocean<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Something regarding, countries opposite in globe and 12 hrs time difference (i answered interpreting it like this, not sure whether he meant this or something else)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Member 4 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>gave the most comforting vibe<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8211; So you learnt German language (I said No, i was part of Cultural Exchange Programme with Germany during school)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; do you know of xyz in Delhi (perhaps a place\/institution\/something related to german language)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; what is social audit<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; As you had mentioned NGO, what role can they play in social audit.\u00a0 (I had mentioned about my experience in NGO in governance answer)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Then, said something about issues with social audit-not done timely etc and expected my comment on that<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Black sea- why the name is black?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Countries bordering black sea?<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; where is white sea?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Chairwoman-<\/strong> Your interview is over.<\/p>\n<p>*Chairwoman was listening and observing keenly throughout the interview*<\/p>\n<p>Can&#8217;t recall some questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not much &#8220;cordial&#8221; vibes. Not as &#8220;enriching&#8221; as i expected. Not much &#8220;conversational&#8221;, not much experience\/opinion based, rather more like prelims\/mains questions.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps, transcripts had raised my expectations too high.<\/p>\n<p>Observations\/Gyaan:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Transcripts seem more &#8220;clean and polished&#8221; than actual interview.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; In mocks, we know that the panel will give us a feedback later. So, the whole focus is on answering the questions. In real interview, a part of mind is occupied in understanding the expressions of panel.
