Why in the News?<\/h2>\n

The Supreme Court recently emphasized the lawyers to undergo compulsory training at the National Judicial Academy like the judges. The court advocated for mandatory training for all advocates<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Justices Bela M. Trivedi and Pankaj Mithal made the statement while considering the bail plea of Souvik Bhattacharya<\/span>, the son of Trinamool Congress (TMC) MLA Manik Bhattacharya. He was arrested in connection with the West Bengal teachers recruitment “scam”.<\/p>\n
