Those who design the question papers must work hard, learn and unlearn simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p>3) <strong>Encouraging Creativity: <\/strong>Students are hardly encouraged to see beyond textbooks, study the literature outside the syllabus, relate the classroom to the larger world, and think differently and creatively.
