Theme & Venue<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n‘Purple Fest: Celebrating Diversity’<\/span><\/span> was held on January 6, 2023, in Amrit Udyan in Rashtrapati Bhavan.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Organised by<\/strong><\/td>\nMinistry of Social Justice and Empowerment<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Objective<\/strong><\/td>\n1. The festival aims to raise awareness<\/span> about different disabilities and their impact on people’s lives
\n2. To promote understanding, acceptance and inclusio<\/span>n of persons with disabilities within society.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Features<\/strong><\/td>\n1) It will showcase best practices in the disability field,<\/span> focusing on enhancing accessibility and addressing implementation challenges in various disability schemes and programs.
