It measures progress toward the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">World Bank&#8217;s goal of reducing extreme poverty to under 3% by 2030<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Niti Aayog recent paper on poverty<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> A recent paper by NITI Aayog, titled &#8216;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Multidimensional Poverty in India since 2005-06<\/span>,&#8217; states that multidimensional poverty dropped significantly from <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">29.17% in 2013-14<\/span> to <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">11.28% in 2022-23<\/span>. Funding<\/strong>&#8211; Supported by the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">International Fund for Agricultural Development<\/span> (IFAD) and the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development<\/span> of <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Germany<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Working mechanism:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>a.<\/strong> The Clock illustrates the global count of individuals living in extreme poverty.
