About: <\/strong>Dry ice\u00a0is <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">solid carbon dioxide (CO\u2082)<\/span> formed by <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">compressing and cooling carbon dioxide gas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Difference between regular ice and dry ice:<\/strong> Unlike regular ice, which melts into liquid water, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">dry ice undergoes sublimation<\/span>, transitioning directly from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid phase. This sublimation process releases large volumes of CO\u2082 gas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
