The Prime Minister recently launched the ‘Pradhan Mantri Samajik Utthan and Rozgar Adharit Jankalyan’ (PM-SURAJ) portal<\/span>.<\/p>\n

About the PM-SURAJ portal<\/h2>\n

Nodal ministry<\/strong>– Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> This portal will provide credit support to entrepreneurs from disadvantaged sections<\/span> of society.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> The portal will serve as a one stop point<\/span> for individuals from marginalized communities to<\/span> easily apply for<\/span> and track the status of various loan<\/span> and credit programs they are eligible for<\/span>.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> Credit support will be offered nationwide to eligible individuals through banks, Non Banking Financial Company<\/a>-Micro Finance Institutions (NBFC-MFIs), and other organizations.<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> Through this initiative, the Prime Minister approved credit support for one lakh entrepreneurs from disadvantaged sections.<\/p>\n
