It maintains <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">diversified portfolios, spreading risk<\/span> across different property types within the real estate market.<\/p>\n<p>5. <span class=\"TextRun Underlined SCXW99136661 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99136661 BCX8\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"Hyperlink\">Small and medium real-estate investment trusts <\/span><\/span>may <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">raise funds from Indian and foreign investors<\/span> by the issuance of units.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Criteria: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>i)<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> The minimum subscription size for units:<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> 10 lakh is treated as one unit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>ii) To establish this trust, there must be a<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> minimum of 200 unit holders<\/span> (Not including the investment manager, its related parties, and associates)<\/p>\n<p>iii)\u00a0 The investment manager responsible for launching an SM REIT must have a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">net worth of at least \u20b920 crore,<\/span> and a separate trustee will be appointed for oversight.<\/p>\n<p>7.<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Micro REITs<\/span> can be listed with asset values<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> ranging from Rs 50 crore to Rs 500 crore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>8. These funds will be utilized for acquiring and managing real estate assets, aiming to generate income for investors.<\/p>\n<p>9.
