About<\/strong>&#8211; Ultramafic (or ultrabasic) rocks are <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">dark-colored igneous<\/span> and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">meta-igneous rocks. <span style=\"color: #333333;\">Ultramafic<\/span> <span style=\"color: #333333;\">rocks are <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">predominantly found in orogenic belts<\/span>, where mountains are formed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Composition<\/strong>&#8211; They mostly consist of over 90% mafic minerals, with <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">high levels of magnesium oxide (more than 18% MgO)<\/span> and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">iron oxide (FeO)<\/span>.
