The Suvidha portal represents a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">technological advancement<\/span> dedicated to upholding the principles of openness, fairness, and transparency in elections, ensuring a fair playing field.<\/p>\n<p>2. This portal was developed by the<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Election Commission of India (ECI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3. It operates on<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> first-come-first-served basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>4. It caters to <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">permissions for organizing rallies,<\/span> opening temporary party offices, door-to-door canvassing, video vans, helicopters, obtaining vehicle permits, distributing pamphlets.<\/p>\n<p>4. It provides a<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> convenient online system for political parties and candidates<\/span> to apply for permissions at any time from anywhere. It has offline submission options also, which guarantee universal access.<\/p>\n<p>5. The Suvidha portal <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">enhances the electoral process<\/span> by offering real-time tracking of applications, updates on status, and SMS notifications. This improves both efficiency and transparency.<\/p>\n<p>6. It also <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">supports the scrutiny of election expenditures<\/span> by making permission data readily available.
