This statement was given by a CM, 5 years back. &#8220;Mard agar Mard se shaadi krne Lage to bacche kaun paida krega&#8221;?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Member 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>BALCO has been in news for violation of environmental laws and pollution, how do you see this?<\/li>\n<li>What was your role in the company?<\/li>\n<li>% of tribal population in BALCO&#8217;S employees.<\/li>\n<li>What is DAAD Scholarship?<\/li>\n<li>What is Quiling?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Chairman sir interrupted. Here&#8217;s a paper do quiling right now and simultaneously answer next member&#8217;s questions. I explained that quiling papers are different and I need a tool to roll the paper, he said use pencil.M1 tried to help in cutting the paper, Chairman sir said no.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>How do you look at intercaste marriages at Village level?<\/li>\n<li>Is it right to arrest incumbent CM?<\/li>\n<li>Are our institutions getting politicised? Why are you giving diplomatic answers? You are young generation, we want to know your opinion.<\/li>\n<li>Is vedanta plant currently working? What was SC order?<\/li>\n<li>Why do you think vedanta didn&#8217;t follow the norms? They can afford brilliant lawyers, why did they lose the case?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Member 4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Tell me your service preferences?<\/li>\n<li>You have done some UN smiluatuon and If you are made IFS officer and I ask you to make a display of Indian fabrics from J&amp;K to kanyakumari, what will you include?<\/li>\n<li>You come from Jharkhand, what is nari shakti in political sphere of your state? What happened with the Spanish tourist in your state, how do you look at it?<\/li>\n<li>What will you do for women development in your district. Tell me 2 things and no such things like schemes in education, skills, health sector.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>M1<\/strong> then asked what is the fabric of your saree? Is it pure silk? Is it costly? Can it be hand washed or only dry-cleaned?<\/p>\n<p><strong>M3-<\/strong> Does Jharkhand has silk processing facilities?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chairman<\/strong> sir looked at my quiling which I couldn&#8217;t finish. He asked are these things durable? What do you usually make from it? You could have worn quil earrings for the interview. I replied we are not allowed to.<\/p>\n<p>He said ok, your interview is over.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience &#8211;<\/strong> Questions were mostly on opinion lines. In some questions members interrupted me, in some they tried to build pressure. Chairman sir was very keen that I do quiling and answer questions simultaneously.
