This project has also strained relations between the central and State governments.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What is Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1<strong>) Launch-<\/strong>It was launched in 2003.<\/p>\n<p>2)<strong> Objective<\/strong>-To correct regional imbalances in the availability of affordable\/reliable tertiary healthcare services and to augment facilities for quality medical education in the country.<\/p>\n<p>3) <strong>Components<\/strong>&#8211;<br \/>\nA) Setting up of AIIMS-like institutions.
