Ashwagandha is an <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">evergreen shrub<\/span> found in parts of India, Africa, and the Middle East. It is also known as Indian ginseng or Indian winter cherry.<\/p>\n<p>2. The shrub known as Ashwagandha, a name derived from the Sanskrit words <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;ashwa&#8217;<\/span> meaning horse and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;gandha&#8217;<\/span> meaning smell, which refers to the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">horse-like odour of its roots.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3.
