Passengers are eligible for <strong>a full refund<\/strong> if a domestic airline <strong>cancels a flight 1 day before departure<\/strong> or <strong>delays it for more than 4 hours.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Delay resulting in flight departing next day- Airline to provide free hotel stay<\/li>\n<li>Compensation for <strong>missing connecting flights<\/strong>: Rs. 5000-Rs.20000<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free Cancellation<\/strong> of air tickets 24hrs of booking and within 4 days before scheduled departure<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation charges <strong>cannot<\/strong> be <strong>more than<\/strong> the <strong>sum of basic fare and fuel surcharge<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Compensation for <strong>lost<\/strong> baggage: Rs. 3000\/kg.
