Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) has joined the Blockchain for Impact (BFI) Biome Virtual Network Program to speed up healthcare advancements <\/span>through biomedical innovation.<\/p>\n

Objective<\/strong>-To support advanced biomedical science and innovation<\/span> and speed up the impact of significant scientific breakthroughs to tackle healthcare issues<\/span> in India<\/p>\n

Features-<\/strong>
\n1) It’s working on many important biomedical innovations, including infectious disease tests, fighting drug resistance, cell therapy for cancer<\/span>, regenerative tissues<\/span>, and digital health technology, among others.<\/p>\n

2) It brings together incubators<\/span> and research institutes<\/span> to encourage collaboration in transforming research into real-world solutions.<\/p>\n

Funding<\/strong>-BFI will allocate more than $200,000 over three years. It will leverage C-CAMP’s knowledge to create important programs for healthcare startups<\/span>.<\/p>\n

What is C-CAMP?<\/h2>\n

Description<\/strong>-It is an initiative supported by the Department of Biotechnology under the Ministry of Science<\/span>. Since\u00a02009, it has been a driving force behind advanced research and innovation in life sciences.<\/p>\n

Mandate<\/strong>-It is mandated to promote entrepreneurship<\/span> and innovation<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Significance<\/strong>-It has encouraged an entrepreneur-friendly atmosphere<\/span> in academic and research settings by supporting startups through seed funding programs.<\/p>\n
