It is capable of navigating on land using its powerful fins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Reason for Introduction:<\/strong> This species was initially introduced due <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">to its unique appearance and utility<\/span> in cleaning algal growth in tanks and aquariums.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Invasive Status:<\/strong> It is classified as <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">an invasive species,<\/span> with a rapidly expanding population confirmed by advanced genetic testing methods such as \u2018eDNA-based quantitative PCR assay\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
