They must build on it<\/p>\n<p><strong>What has happened?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For an \u201cinformal summit\u201d, the Wuhan meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping appeared to cover much ground over the two days \u2014 in terms of public appearances and in the two statements issued.
