Australia is facing challenges in meeting its military recruitment targets due to its relatively small population and extensive coastline.<\/p>\n<h2>About Australia&#8217;s New Military Recruitment Policy<\/h2>\n<p>1. Permanent residents who have lived in Australia for<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> at least 12 months<\/span> would be eligible to join the armed forces.<\/p>\n<p>2. The policy particularly favors citizens from<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Britain<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Canada<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">New Zealand<\/span>, and the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">United States<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Operational Challenges:<\/strong> Despite these acquisitions, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Australia has found it difficult to recruit enough pilots, mariners, and troops to<\/span> effectively operate and maintain this equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
