This advisory requires advertisers and advertising agencies in these sectors to upload an <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">annual self-declaration certificate<\/span> on designated platforms.<\/p>\n<p>2. This new directive <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">supersedes all previous advisories from the Ministry and is solely applicable to the food and health sectors<\/span>. This means that only these sectors are required to submit the self-declaration certificate annually.<\/p>\n<p>3. According to the advisory, the platforms for uploading the self-declaration certificates are the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Broadcast Seva Portal for TV<\/span> and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">radio advertisements<\/span> and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">the Press Council of India Portal for print media and internet advertisements<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>4.
