Its\u00a0duration is 4 months i.e. April 01, 2024 till July 31, 2024 with an outlay of Rs. 500 crore.<\/p>\n<h2>About Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_305400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-305400\" style=\"width: 248px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-305400 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/forumias.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Capture-5.png?resize=248%2C244&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme\" width=\"248\" height=\"244\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-305400\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source-Ministry of Heavy Industries<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Objective-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A) To accelerate the adoption of electric<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> two-wheelers (e-2W) and three-wheelers<\/span> (e-3W, including registered e-rickshaws and e-carts).<\/p>\n<p>B) To bolster <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">green mobility<\/span> and the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">EV manufacturing ecosystem<\/span> in the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Features-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) It has a limited fund and a<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> specific duration<\/span>.
