Why in News?<\/h2>\n

Recently, SEBI announced in a circular that it will hold Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Managing Directors (MDs), or any equivalent officials of asset management companies (AMCs) responsible and accountable for implementing mechanisms to deter potential market abuse.<\/p>\n
