Recently, the Union Minister of Power and Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, launched the Portal for Online Monitoring of Projects Thermal (PROMPT) in New Delhi.<\/p>\n

1. About:<\/strong> The Portal for Online Monitoring of Projects \u2013 Thermal (PROMPT) is a digital platform to monitor thermal power projects online.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. The portal was developed with the assistance of NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation)<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Benefits of PROMPT:<\/strong><\/p>\n

i) Real-Time Tracking and Analysis:<\/strong> The portal offers a centralized platform to monitor all aspects of project execution,<\/span> allowing for quick identification and resolution of potential issues.<\/p>\n

ii) Transparency and Accountability:<\/strong> By digitizing the monitoring process, the portal increases transparency in project management, reducing delays, cost overruns<\/span>, and improving overall project efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

iii) Resource Optimization:<\/strong> The portal ensures resources are available when needed<\/span>, helping to meet the country\u2019s electricity demand at an affordable price, ultimately benefiting consumers.<\/p>\n
