Why in News?<\/h2>\n

Recently, CERT-In & SISA launched the ANAB-Accredited AI Security Certification (CSPAI) Program. The launch marks a major advancement in AI security through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).<\/p>\n

About the Certified Security Professional for Artificial Intelligence (CSPAI) program<\/h2>\n

1. About:<\/strong> This initiative is the first AI security certification in India accredited by ANAB.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Launched by:<\/strong> The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with SISA.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Objectives:<\/strong> The CSPAI program is designed to equip security professionals with the necessary skills to integrate AI into business applications while ensuring sustainable and secure practices.<\/p>\n

4. Vision for the CSPAI Program<\/strong>: CSPAI program complements the broader “Cyber Nalanda” initiative aimed at tackling future cybersecurity challenges. The program will enhance organizational security, reduce breaches, and foster trust with customers and stakeholders.<\/p>\n

5. This certification addresses the increasing cybersecurity challenges posed by AI and empowers professionals with a deep understanding of AI systems and security threats.<\/span><\/p>\n

About CERT-In<\/h2>\n

1. CERT-In comes under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.<\/p>\n

2. It serves as the national agency for cybersecurity incident response, designated under Section 70B of the Information Technology Act, 2000.<\/p>\n

3. It operates a 24\/7 incident response Help Desk and offers both Incident Prevention and Response services, as well as Security Quality Management services to improve the nation\u2019s cybersecurity posture.<\/p>\n
