Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (PM-RKVY):<\/strong> It is aimed at promoting sustainable agriculture through various flexible initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Schemes Under PM-RKVY: Soil Health Management, Rainfed Area Development, Agro-Forestry, Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana, Agricultural Mechanization (including Crop Residue Management), Per Drop More Crop, Crop Diversification Programme, RKVY DPR Component and Accelerator Fund for Agri Startups**.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Krishonnati Yojana (KY): <\/strong>It focuses on ensuring food security and agricultural self-sufficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Aim:<\/strong> This rationalization aims to make schemes more efficient, aligned with state-specific needs, and responsive to emerging agricultural challenges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Mission Mode Initiatives<\/strong>: Some schemes have been elevated to mission mode, including: National Mission for Edible Oil-Oil Palm (NMEO-OP), Clean Plant Program, Digital Agriculture and National Mission for Edible Oil-Oil Seeds (NMEO-OS).<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.\u00a0 Mission Organic Value Chain Development for North Eastern Region (MOVCDNER):<\/strong> A component under KY is modified by adding a Detailed Project Report (MOVCDNER-DPR) component, allowing flexibility to address region-specific challenges.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectives of Rationalization<\/h2>\n<p>1. It is to avoid Duplication and ensures convergence and prevents overlapping schemes.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 States can reallocate funds within PM-RKVY based on specific needs.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0 States are encouraged to prepare comprehensive agricultural plans that focus on production, productivity, climate resilience, and value chain development.<\/p>\n<p>4. Tackle challenges like nutrition security, sustainability, and private sector participation.<\/p>\n<p>5.
