        3. A total of 27% of the 17,039.71 acres of land buried under waste has been reclaimed, leaving 73% still awaiting remediation.<\/li>\n
        4. Tamil Nadu has reclaimed 837 acres (42%).<\/li>\n
        5. Gujarat is the best-performing state, reclaiming 75% of its landfill area, amounting to 698 out of 938 acres of land reclaimed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
