Mission Karmayogi was launched in September 2020.<\/p>\n<p>2. It aims to create a future-ready civil service rooted in Indian values with a global perspective. It has made substantial progress since its inception.<\/p>\n<h2>About National Learning Week (NLW)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. About:<\/strong> The largest event of its kind, dedicated to individual and organisational capacity building for civil servants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Aim:<\/strong> It aims to foster a renewed commitment to lifelong learning and align civil servants with national goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Objective:<\/strong> It is to promotes the message of &#8220;One Government&#8221; to ensure cohesion across Ministries, Departments, and Organisations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Targeted Learning:<\/strong> Each participant, referred to as a Karmayogi will be required to complete at least 4 hours of competency-linked learning during the week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning can be achieved through:<\/strong> Role-based modules on the iGOT platform and Webinars, including public lectures and policy masterclasses by eminent speakers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Workshops and Seminars:<\/strong> Ministries, Departments, and Organisations will organise workshops and seminars to enhance domain-specific competencies.
