The Madarsa Act provides a legal framework for imparting religious education, apart from the curriculum of the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT).<\/p>\n<p>2. The Act establishes the Uttar Pradesh Board of Madarsa Education, which predominantly comprises of members from the Muslim community.<\/p>\n<p>3. Section 9 of the Act details the functions of the board.<\/p>\n<p>4.
