It is designed to specifically reduce plastic pollution. <strong>Bio-derived foam<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>About Bio-derived foam<\/h2>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/images.deccanherald.com\/deccanherald%2F2024-11-10%2Fh7ldh0s1%2Ffile7xyrp2zs31fu0kcynku.jpeg?resize=519%2C292&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Bio-derived foam\" width=\"519\" height=\"292\" \/><\/p>\n<p>1. This recyclable, bio-derived foam supports a circular economy, reducing landfill waste. This biodegradable foam is a sustainable alternative to EPS and PU foams.<\/p>\n<p>2. Unlike traditional plastic foams, it degrades naturally in landfills without contaminating groundwater.<\/p>\n<p>3. It offers a sustainable packaging option for FMCG, replacing conventional plastic foams.<\/p>\n<p>4. It is made from FDA-approved, non-edible oils and natural hardeners and thus it is eco friendly. Epoxidized fatty acids and tea-sourced polyphenol hardeners ensure the foam remains fully biodegradable.<\/p>\n<p>5. Switching to this bio-foam could cut greenhouse gas emissions, as producing 10,000 plastic foam cups emits 680 pounds of CO\u2082.
