It is a planned special administrative region, envisioned by the king of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk.<\/p>\n<p>3. The project focuses on three key areas: A) Energy B) Connectivity C) Skills.<\/p>\n<p>4. The city is designed on Bhutan\u2019s Gross National Happiness (GNH) philosophy.<\/p>\n<p>5. It is an innovative project that blends economic growth with mindfulness, holistic living and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>6.
