Though a <em><strong>no-confidence resolution<\/strong><\/em> was moved against the <em><strong>Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman<\/strong><\/em> in 2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; border-style: solid; background-color: #e2e1e8;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\"><strong>Relevant Articles of the Constitution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 67 (b):<\/strong> It details the process to remove the Vice President from his\/her office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 90:<\/strong> It deals with the vacation and resignation of, and removal from, the office of Deputy Chairman.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News: The opposition parties have decided to move a no confidence motion against the Vice President of India.
