Lokur and Kurian Joseph \u2014 is \u201cspeaking\u201d to other Supreme Court judges on the\u00a0issues raised by them in public on January 12.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting with CJI Misra likely today<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The four judges are talking to their colleagues even as some judges felt that the four should have \u201ctaken them into confidence\u201d before going public.<\/li>\n<li>The source said the judges may have \u201cnaturally different ideas\u201d about the issues but they \u201cunderstand the problem.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>The Chief Justice took the initiative on January 16 to meet his four colleagues and break the ice. The meeting also coincided with an order passed by a Bench of Justices Arun Mishra and Mohan M. Shantanagoudar to put up two PIL petitions seeking a probe into the death of CBI judge B.H. Loya before an \u201cappropriate Bench.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Besides, Justice Gogoi, Justices U.U. Lalit and D.Y.
