These includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>agricultural pumps<\/li>\n<li>finance mobilization<\/li>\n<li>mini grid<\/li>\n<li>rooftop solar<\/li>\n<li>solar e-mobility and storage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About International Solar Alliance<\/strong><br \/>\n3.The International Solar Alliance (ISA) is an alliance of more than 121 countries initiated by India which lie either completely or partly between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn.<\/p>\n<p>4.The primary objective of the alliance is to work for efficient exploitation of solar energy to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>44 countries have signed and ratified the ISA framework agreement.<br \/>\n<strong>STAR C<\/strong> <strong>project<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>ISA has approved the STAR C (Solar Technology Application Resource Centre) project.<br \/>\n7.Its aim is to set up 121 centres one in each eligible member-country.<\/li>\n<li>Each member-country will nominate five trainees every year to be trained at these centres known as master trainers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISA Work Plan to implement 5 projects News 1.International Solar Alliance (ISA) has approved the Work Plan 2019 for 2019 and 2020.
