  5. a) Financial and technical support will be provided to startups and small businesses<\/strong> focused on millet-based products<\/strong>. This will foster innovation <\/strong>and employment<\/strong> opportunities in the sector; a) under the programme, efforts will be made to position Uttar Pradesh as a key player in millet exports<\/strong> by improving quality standards, branding,<\/strong> and facilitating connections with international markets.<\/li>\n
