Unequal employment opportunities-<\/strong>\u00a0Globally, the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">gender gap in labour force participation\u00a0has been around\u00a030% since 1990<\/span>, with men\u2019s participation at around 80% and women\u2019s at 50%.
