National Security Measures<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The bill <em>prioritizes national security and sovereignty<\/em>, barring entry or residence for any foreigner posing a threat to India&#8217;s integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Immigration officers will have the authority to <em>arrest suspects without a warrant<\/em> if they are believed to be violating immigration laws.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, <em>all foreigners must register upon arrival<\/em>, and their <em>movements, name changes, and access to restricted areas<\/em> may be monitored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2. Stricter Entry and Stay Regulations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All foreigners must have a <em>valid passport and visa<\/em> to enter or leave India.<\/li>\n<li>Institutions like <em>educational establishments, hospitals, and nursing homes<\/em> must report foreign nationals under their care to immigration authorities.<\/li>\n<li><em>Carriers (airlines, transport operators)<\/em> will be responsible for ensuring passengers have valid documents. If a foreigner is denied entry, the carrier must <em>remove them immediately<\/em> or face fines and possible seizure of their transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">3.
