Russia Ukr War, and then Hamas attack on Israel to divert attention. What is the linkage?<br \/>\n(Sir was looking for RIC axis but I couldn&#8217;t tell, I told them they are separate issues in volatile geopolitics)<br \/>\n4. Hinted on who is backing Hamas?<br \/>\n(Talked about octopus and its tentacles)<br \/>\n5. Hinted on Iran China relations<br \/>\n(teapot refineries, RIC is becoming single strategic space)<br \/>\n6. He wanted to show the coordination of RIC in diverting attention from Ru-Ukr war. Is quad a military alliance?<br \/>\n4. Purpose of quad then?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1. What can be done to improve school and higher education?<br \/>\n2. NEP 2020 provisions for that?<br \/>\n3. Did we have 3 lang formula before NEP?<br \/>\n4. Any benefit of regional language learning in higher education?<br \/>\n5. India\u2019s higher education enrollment?
