In 2015, this was <em>revised to allow verified special-category businesspersons up to three-year<\/em> visa exemptions. Their movement remained restricted to designated cities (approximately 10\u201315).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sri Lanka<\/strong>: Sri Lankan nationals are also <em>eligible for India\u2019s e-Tourist visa.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Indian Citizens<\/strong>: Do not require visas to travel to Nepal and Bhutan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Suspension Clause:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Discretionary nature<\/strong>: Despite being a regional facilitation mechanism, the SVES is not a binding treaty.
