It is strategically<em> positioned just 10 nautical miles from the vital east-west international shipping route<\/em> connecting Europe, the Persian Gulf, and East Asia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Development model<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Developed under the <em>Landlord Model through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Implemented on a <em>Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>The project is being developed by Adani Vizhinjam Ports Private Ltd., a subsidiary of Adani Ports and SEZ Ltd.
