Village Industries Commission (KVIC),<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nodal Ministry<\/strong>: <strong>Ministry of MSME.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Luanched in <strong>2017-18<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Objective:<\/strong> It is being implemented to <strong>promote Bee Keeping activities<\/strong> and provide <strong>self-sustaining employment opportunities <\/strong>among farmers, Adivasies and unemployed youth in rural India, especially in economically backward and remote areas.\n<ul>\n<li>Under the programme, beneficiaries are provided with Bee Boxes, live bee colonies, tool kits and training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>National Beekeeping &amp; Honey Mission (NBHM) scheme<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Nodal Ministry:<\/strong> \u00a0Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers\u2019 Welfare<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aim:<\/strong> It aims for the <strong>overall promotion &amp; development of scientific beekeeping<\/strong> in the country to achieve the goal of <strong>\u2018Sweet Revolution\u2019<\/strong> which is being implemented through <strong>National Bee Board (NBB).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Type:<\/strong> \u00a0Central Sector Scheme<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"958\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Case Study: Korea District of Chhattisgarh<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The tribal farmers of district are making pure organic honey called <strong>Sonhani<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>Only <strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">forest flowers<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\"> are used to make this honey.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The Sonhani project has been started in the forests from the <strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">District Mineral Fund<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>For this, ten farmers were identified and sent to special Hubs for <strong style=\"font-family: inherit;
