India leads in the QS Asia Rankings 2025 with 163 institutions. Indian universities saw a 25.7% increase in subject-specific entries, with 10 institutions in the global top 50.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rising Patent Activity:<\/strong> Patents filed by Indian higher education institutions rose from <strong>7,405 in 2021\u201322<\/strong> to <strong>19,155 in 2022\u201323<\/strong>\u2014a <strong>158% increase<\/strong>. Since 2017, it has supported <strong>13.9 lakh students<\/strong>, with submissions increasing <strong>sevenfold<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Transforming Employment Landscape<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Positive Employment Trends<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> From <strong>2018\u201319<\/strong>, educated youth employment steadily rose.
